The short version
InterviewFetch sends you a daily email with job matches and LinkedIn networking messages. You get 7 days free. After that, it costs money. You can cancel anytime. We try hard to find you good jobs but we can't guarantee you'll get hired. Balto is smart, but he's still a dog.
The service
InterviewFetch (“the Service”) is operated by InterviewFetch (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service provides:
- Daily personalized job match emails (“fetches”)
- Pre-written LinkedIn networking messages
- A web dashboard to view your fetch history
Accounts
You need an account to use InterviewFetch. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts, don't create fake ones, don't use someone else's identity.
Free trial
New accounts get 7 days of daily fetches for free. No credit card required to start. After the trial, you'll need an active subscription to continue receiving fetches.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused days
- Your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted
- You can resubscribe anytime
What you can expect from us
- We'll send you one fetch per day (Monday through Friday, unless otherwise configured)
- Job matches will be relevant to your profile and preferences
- LinkedIn messages will be professional and ready to send
- We'll keep your data secure and private
What we expect from you
- Provide accurate profile information so we can match you with real jobs
- Don't use the service for spam, harassment, or anything illegal
- Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our content
- Don't abuse the referral system
No guarantees
We work hard to find you great job matches, but we cannot guarantee:
- That any specific job listing is still open when you apply
- That you'll receive a response from any LinkedIn outreach
- That you'll get hired (though we really hope you do)
- 100% uptime (things break sometimes, we fix them fast)
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterviewFetch's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Intellectual property
The job matches and LinkedIn messages we generate for you are yours to use as you see fit. The InterviewFetch platform, branding, and technology remain ours. The content Balto creates for you is a work product of the service you're paying for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
