Give your students a real edge in the job market

InterviewFetch partners with universities to support the part of the job search that students struggle to do consistently on their own: identifying relevant openings and reaching out directly to people at hiring companies.

Your career center teaches students how to interview, build resumes, and network strategically. InterviewFetch gives them a practical way to act on that guidance every day, with curated job leads and outreach drafts ready to review, personalize, and send.

The challenge your students face

Most students default to applying broadly online. They submit dozens or hundreds of applications through job boards, and the majority of those applications never receive a human response. For students with limited professional networks, the process stalls quickly.

Direct outreach to real people at target companies can change that. But most students don't know who to contact, what to say, or how to write a message that doesn't sound generic. Even students who understand the value of networking rarely sustain the daily effort it requires.

What InterviewFetch does

Each morning, students receive a single email containing:

  • 1.Up to three job matches pulled from current LinkedIn postings, filtered by experience level, location, and field of study. Every link is verified as currently open.
  • 2.Five personalized LinkedIn outreach drafts addressed to relevant people at those companies, with the job link included. Students review and edit each draft before sending.
  • 3.A short explanation of why the student is a strong fit for each role, drawing directly from their resume or LinkedIn profile.

The goal is to give students a structured starting point, not to automate the relationship-building your career center teaches. Students reply to any email to refine their preferences. Too senior? Wrong industry? Too far from campus? The system adjusts. There are no dashboards to learn and no filters to configure. The entire experience happens through email.

Why this works

InterviewFetch is built around three barriers that career centers see constantly:

Limited networks

Many students, especially first-generation students and those at early career stages, do not have professional contacts at companies they want to work for. InterviewFetch identifies specific people to reach out to so students aren't starting from zero.

Limited time

Searching for roles, researching companies, and writing individual outreach messages can take hours each week. A daily email with curated leads and ready-to-edit drafts reduces that time significantly.

Limited confidence

Students often know that outreach matters but freeze when it comes time to write the first message. Having a concrete draft in front of them makes it far easier to start.

What the research says

A growing body of peer-reviewed research supports the use of AI-driven tools to deliver personalized, scalable career guidance to university students. These three recent studies are directly relevant to the approach InterviewFetch takes.

AI-Powered Career Matching System for University Students: Bridging Education and Employment

IEEE Access, 2025 路 ieeexplore.ieee.org

This study examines how AI-powered matching systems can connect students to employment opportunities by analyzing academic profiles, skills, and market demand. Its core finding supports what InterviewFetch does every day: use predictive models to surface relevant job matches that students would not find on their own.

Implementation of AI in career counselling for university students: a systematic review

Frontiers in Education, 2026 路 frontiersin.org

This systematic review evaluates AI implementations across university career services globally. It finds that tools like recommender systems and predictive analytics enable career centers to deliver personalized guidance at scale, even with constrained staff and budgets. This is the exact gap InterviewFetch fills: automated daily job matching and outreach drafts that extend your team's reach without adding headcount.

Predictive career guidance and entrepreneurial development for university students

Journal of Education and Work, 2025 路 journals.sagepub.com

This study explores how machine learning models trained on student profile data can predict suitable career paths with high accuracy. InterviewFetch applies this same principle: using each student's background, interests, and goals to generate targeted job recommendations and outreach drafts that help them take action immediately.

For career centers

InterviewFetch is designed to complement your existing programming, not replace it. Your office handles advising, employer engagement, and skill-building. We give students a daily, low-friction way to put that preparation into practice.

There is no software for your staff to learn or maintain. Students sign up with their .edu email, set their preferences, and start receiving matches. If you want visibility into adoption or usage across your campus, we can provide aggregate reporting.

Partnership options

Campus license

A flat annual rate that gives every student at your institution access through their university email. We handle onboarding and student support directly.

Student org sponsorship

A flexible option for career-focused clubs, academic departments, or student groups. Priced for smaller populations with the same full feature set.

Pilot programs

Not ready to commit campus-wide? We can run a semester-long pilot with a specific college, department, or student cohort so you can evaluate outcomes before scaling.

All partnership plans include onboarding support, usage analytics for your team, and a dedicated point of contact.
